You also need to be able to filter and sort through your data quickly and easily. We understand these needs, and we're excited to share our latest feature with you - the "Performances" view for agents.

Improved Booking Visibility

We've designed a dedicated "Performances" page where you can view all your bookings across all your venues on one screen. This new feature will significantly streamline your workflow and make it easier for you to manage your bookings.

What's more, you'll have the ability to filter and sort your performances down to the data that you wish to view or understand. This way, you can focus on what's most important to you at any given time.

How will this affect the current process?

The introduction of the "Performances" view will not alter any of your pre-existing workflows. It's an entirely new screen that's been added to enhance your booking visibility. You'll find the new "Performances" tab to the left of the "Finance" tab.

Solving Problems, Creating Value

Before the introduction of this feature, there was no way to view performances across multiple venues on the same screen in Surreal. This posed many challenges for agents, including:

• Difficulty understanding performances to fill across multiple venues
• Difficulty understanding which entertainers are playing where across multiple venues
• Difficulty viewing and filtering down bookings across multiple venues on one screen

With the new "Performances" view, we've addressed these issues head-on. Now, you can have visibility on bookings across multiple venues on one screen. You'll be able to see who is playing where and when, as well as if there are booking gaps at venues.

Additionally, you can:

• Identify performances that need filling across all venues on one screen
• Filter performances by status or venue
• Sort performances by any data column available on screen
• Identify cancellation history of performances to see entertainer reliability

It will enable you to make faster, more informed decisions, and ultimately, it will help you to create better experiences for your audiences.
