How to get fast track payments for your entertainers.

  • Both you and your entertainers need to have a Surreal account 🙏
  • Your venue needs to be verified by Surreal ✅
  • Your gig needs to be booked on Surreal 🎸

How do I get my bookings onto Surreal?

To access Fast Track Payments, the venue or booking agency responsible for booking your gigs needs to be using Surreal. We love being connected to new venues and agencies, so please introduce them to support@surreal.live and we can take things from there! We’ll assess their eligibility in due course for fast track payments!

Do I have to do Fast Track for all of my payments?

Fast Track Payments is completely optional and will be available up until the point of normal payment processing by Surreal (once venue funds are received by Surreal from the venue)

How much does it cost?

We like to keep things transparent. The Fast Track fee is 3.9% of the booking payment.
