Elly Hoyt

Elly Hoyt is a Tasmanian-born jazz vocalist and composer celebrated for her soulful, commanding sound. Her three albums, Elly Hoyt, Oranges and Sunshine, and The Composer’s Voice: Celebrating Australian Women Composers, have earned acclaim from All About Jazz, Limelight, and The Music Trust. A Bell Award winner and Generations in Jazz Vocal Scholarship recipient, she studied at the New England Conservatory in Boston. Career highlights include performing for King Charles and Camilla, supporting Kenny Barron, and touring internationally across major festivals and venues.
