Skyyy began mixing on actual CDJs in the late 2000s. Then Skyyy disappeared in the Big Apple for 8 years. NY proved to be a treasure trove of dusty records, dodgy deals and dive bars (Output, Verboten and House of Yes). This is where he cut his teeth in the Brooklyn dj scene. NY gave Skyyy the kind of Deep House Education that can only be bought in actual US Dollars. In 2020 he returned, waiting 6 months for his 10000 records to arrive, once again he entered his home town with a vengeance.
