Lil Jul

Known for his vicious rhymes and emotive imagery in lyrics, Jul started off as a poet in school and slowly worked his way up as a lyricist, singer-songwriter and producer. For him, hip hop was his weapon to battle issues at hand during adolescence. As the years progressed he worked on several mixtapes, and developed a tenor vocal style to accompany his seasoned verse, alongside the influence of asian pop.
