Born and raised in the Northeast of England, aimés moved to Sydney after University, and began honing her craft with vocal lessons and weekly gigs. aimés has played in some of Sydney's fave jaunts including Lazy bones Lounge, The Opera Bar, Ivy, ICC, and sold out a launch party for her first single "more than this" at The Factory theatre in 2021. With a sound that blends elements of indie, pop, and soul, aimés has become known for her honest lyrics, soulful crisp vocals and catchy hooks.
