DJ/musician from Auckland, NZ. Founding member of hiphop collective Token Village w/Che Fu, King Kapisi, Submariner & Manuel Bundy. First release was Che Fu’s platinum-selling debut album 2 B Spacific, widely cited as one of NZ's most influential albums. 2001 attended Red Bull Music Academy in NYC under the tutelage of Derrick Carter, MJ Cole, David Rodigan, DJ Nu-Mark & Cut Chemist. Composed, produced & toured with many of NZ top artists including Sola Rosa, Soane, Feelstyle, Trinity Roots, Dimmer, Hollie Smith, The Mutton Birds, Tyra & The Tornadoes, Eru Dangerspiel and Anna Coddington. 2012-2019 joined NZ reggae heavyweights The Black Seeds. Co-wrote & produced their 2017 album “Fabric”, debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard Reggae Chart. 2017-2024 lead guitarist for NZ music icons Fat Freddy’s Drop, performing sold-out tours of NZ, Australia, Europe & UK. 2020 he performed on their live album/video “Lock In” which has received over 1.7 million views on YouTube. Co-wrote/performed on their 2nd live album/video “Wairunga” which has received over 700,00 views. Over 20 years’ experience DJing clubs & festivals in London, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Barcelona, Ibiza, Dublin, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Vancouver & New York. Resident DJ for 15 years at Ponsonby Social Club in Auckland. Spent 2025 in Bangkok Thailand with residencies at Studio Lam, Salon Kiku, We Didn’t Land On The Moon, Le Café des Stagiaires as well as several live broadcasts on Bangkok Community Radio.
