Saffron Strings

We are Saffron Strings, an Edinburgh band looking for pub gigs. We’ve played shows at Sneaky Pete’s, Whistle Binkies, and Bannermans. We also host sessions at The Royal Oak and Captains Bar. We have a diverse repertoire of acoustic covers and trad Scottish/Irish tunes. Ayushmaan Chatterjee is a professional singer and guitarist who has toured internationally in various bands over the past decade. Faelan Westhead is a classically trained violinist with a passion for folk music and over 23 years of experience on the fiddle.
