Yanomamo

Hailing from Sydney, Yanomamo have been pushing their brand of sludge-ridden doom since 2011, built on a steady diet of blown-out amps, feedback worship, and B-grade horror filth. No gimmicks, no shortcuts, just volume, weight, and riffs that hit like a collapsing building. Over the years, the band have ground their way across Australia, sharing stages with the likes of Conan, Black Cobra, Jucifer, Kylesa, Monarch!, Uada and Beastwars, earning a reputation for live sets that don’t let up. It’s loud, it’s physical, and it’s meant to be felt as much as heard. Yanomamo deal in pure weight; low-end, feedback and groove locked together and driven hard. Live, it’s overwhelming volume and physical pressure, the kind you feel in your chest before your ears catch up. For fans of volume, filth, and riffs that do damage.
