Yan Wu

Sydney based Double Bassist with experience playing across generes including Swing, Jazz Standards, Bebop, Gypsy Jazz, Vocal Jazz, Latin, Mandopop, RnB and Chamber/Orchestral Music. Toured and performed extensively in Vietnam with artists such as Danny Healy, David Valdez, Stephan Ben Guyen, Ben Litwicki and Dattie Do. Locally in Sydney, Yan plays regularly with Aidan Wang, Eric Tsai, Dorby Xu in a quartet that has helped to raise funds for Sydney Children Hospital Fundation and also a host of many Jazz jam sessions.
