Tom Hastings, is a singer-songwriter and guitarist, creating heartfelt folk-pop and indie music grounded in honest storytelling and emotional connection. Inspired by artists such as Gregory Alan Isakov, Noah Kahan and John Mayer, his music combines reflective lyrics with warm acoustic arrangements that feel both intimate and hit close to home. Currently working on his debut EP, Tom is preparing to release his upcoming single, Don’t Be Afraid, a song which captures his personal and vulnerable approach to songwriting. His music is driven by a desire to create songs that people can genuinely connect with and relate to. Alongside developing his own original music, Tom performs regularly throughout Melbourne as both a solo artist and collaborator with a range of musicians. As an active street performer and busker, he has developed a strong appreciation for the way live music can bring people together and create meaningful shared experiences between strangers.
