Shanwa

Shanwa started in early 2000s on Technics 1210s while living in UK collecting vinyl & chasing underground sounds. After returning to Perth & raising her family, she’s back behind the decks in digital form. Over the past 2 years she’s become a regular in Perth’s underground scene, performing at Bioma events, Blossom, Blazing Swan, Pachamama’s Disconnect to Reconnect, Earthdance, & AAE at Port Beach, where she opened for MOS. Her sets feature progressive & melodic house/techno mostly & occasional tech house. A huge library & an instinct for reading the room, Shanwa creates journeys, connects & moves with the crowd. .
