After years of dabbling and collecting vinyl (plus an early start DJing ambience in NZ's 90s rave scene), Kate McAnergney aka DJ Shanita Vice finally bought her own turntables at age 45. Fast forward 5 years and she has established herself in Geelong's small but vibrant music scene as a DJ who can keep the vibe humming in any space. Always packing an eclectic bag or 5, Shanita Vice has an infectious enthusiasm for playing fun, funky tunes that lift the spirits.
