RUKI

RUKI is a live music duo made up of Kiri and Andrew, based between Sydney and the Central Coast and performing across NSW. Known for their strong musical connection and engaging performances, RUKI are well suited to pubs, bars, private events, weddings, and corporate functions. Kiri was born and raised on the Central Coast and comes from a family of professional musicians who have performed with many of Australias leading artists, as well as on stages around the world. Andrew, originally from Sydneys Northern Beaches, has been playing guitar since childhood and brings a solid foundation of live performance experience. The two originally connected through playing music together, which naturally developed into both a partnership and a professional duo. Andrew performs on acoustic and electric guitar, adapting the sound to suit each venue and event, while Kiri leads on vocals and incorporates a percussion pad to add depth and drive to the performance. Together, they create a full, balanced sound that goes beyond whats typically expected from a duo. RUKIs repertoire blends pub classics, nostalgic favourites, and modern pop, alongside some less expected song choices - familiar crowd favourites presented in ways not often heard from a duo. With extensive experience performing across a range of venues and regular gigs throughout NSW, RUKI are able to adapt their sets to suit any audience or setting.
