Pinoy Papi (fka Yvngcweed) is a Filipino trans masc DJ, curator and community builder based in Sydney. Known for high-energy, genre-blurring sets, he weaves together global club sounds, hip hop, R&B, baile funk, afrobeats, amapiano and underground edits that keep dance floors moving. Having played festivals and events including Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Sydney WorldPride, Mardi Gras, Heaps Gay, Girlthing and Birdcage, Pinoy Papi brings an instinct for reading a room and creating moments that feel both unexpected and deeply connected. Beyond the decks, he is the founder of Self Made, a queer event series dedicated to celebrating community, culture and emerging talent.
