Phoebe Jacobs is a vocalist and songwriter based in Cairns, known for her warm tone, fluid phrasing, and emotionally resonant songwriting. Her solo work blends elements of soul, folk, and blues, drawing listeners in with lyrical storytelling, subtle melodic shifts, and a strong sense of mood. Originally from Melbourne, Phoebe toured Europe with her debut album Eye of the Storm, a soul-blues collaboration with Damien Charles (The Red Eyes/Gotye), performing at The Troubadour and Glastonbury Festival. She has since shared the stage with celebrated artists including Ani DiFranco, Hiatus Kaiyote, JK47, Mo’Ju, and most recently, Megan Washington. Whether performing original songs or reimagined covers, Phoebe delivers with honesty, depth, and a captivating presence. She is currently working on new solo material as well as with her new project Driftwood, continuing to evolve her sound while connecting with audiences through heartfelt performance and musical craft.
