PADWICK.

PADWICK. is a DJ and producer from South East England, now based in Melbourne, with deep roots in UK bass music and sound system culture. Moving through dubstep, jungle, grime, techno and beyond, his sets are built around bass-heavy, soundsystem-focused music while drawing on over 15 years behind the decks. After more than a decade in the London scene under various aliases, PADWICK. has played at venues including XOYO, Ministry of Sound and Lightbox, supporting a wide range of established artists. Since relocating to Melbourne, he has begun establishing himself within the city's underground scene, with appearances at QQQ St in Collingwood and recent radio support on PBS FM alongside radio support in the UK from Jaguar on BBC Radio 1 Dance and BBC Introducing. Radio has remained a constant throughout his career, with previous residencies on Bloop and AJAA before joining Subtle Radio, where he has held a monthly residency for the past three years. As a producer, PADWICK. draws from the history of UK sound system music while pushing those influences into his own contemporary take on bass music.
