Mitch Peters is an experienced musician, having played in many bands at venues and festivals up the East Coast over the past decade. Hailing from Melbourne, he is now based in the Mary Valley, operating between Hervey Bay and Brisbane. He is a self-contained unit, supplying a high-quality, powerful PA system and effects board. Offering up to 4x45-minute sets of guitar, vocals, harmonica, and kick drum, including crowd pleasers by The Beatles, Crowded House, Van Morrison, Powderfinger, Paul Kelly, The Angels, Neil Young, Cat Stevens, Motown classics, and much more. He is a regular performer at The Kandanga Hotel, Ricks Garage (Palmwoods), Rainbow Beach Sports Club, and Pomona Distilling Co., and is comfortable playing in a wide range of environments, so reach out today for bookings! Mitch is not only a cover musician, but he is also a passionate songwriter. He was the songwriter, flautist, and frontman of the Victorian band Tug, releasing 3 studio albums from 2018 to 2022 on Mitch’s very own record label Side Stare Music. After starting a family in Queensland Mitch is now only performing solo around South-East Queensland while slowly recording his first solo album in his home studio and continuing to manage the label in conjunction with the publishing company Gaga Music from Melbourne. Music is not just a hobby for Mitch; it is a career and life obsession.
