James Curd is a Chicago-born producer, DJ, and composer whose music spans dance floors, films, and video games. With releases on Classic, DFA, Rekids and Shall Not Fade, his work with Greenskeepers and his label PRONTO has cemented his reputation in house music. He’s remixed and been remixed by legends like Rufus Du Sol, Honey Dijon, and The Blessed Madonna, while his music has been featured in The Incredibles, Grey’s Anatomy, and Grand Theft Auto, where he’s contributed over 20 songs. As a DJ, he’s played Fabric, Rex Club, and Lollapalooza, consistently pushing the boundaries of sound and Storytelling.
