Happy Africa is a vibrant multi-instrumental band who play an exhilarating mix of original Afrobeats, high-life and irresistible dance rhythms. Based in Byron Bay, the band is fronted by Ghanaian drummer, singer and dancer, Gabriel Otu. They have had audiences grooving at festivals such as Splendour in the Grass, Mullumbimby Music Festival, the Byron Music Festival and Harmony Day Festivals, as well as local venues.
