Global Sounds is the musical project of Sydney-based selector Leon Kannangara. Rooted in a love for sounds from around the world, his sets move between jazz, soul, funk, Brazilian grooves, Japanese city pop, disco and deep house. From Sydney's MCA and Ace Hotel to dancefloors in Hanoi, Global Sounds is all about good music, shared discoveries and finding the groove between genres.
