Frank Millward

Frank Millward is an Australian piano, keyboard player, teacher and session musician. Sharing a space between tradition and futuristic, his accomplishments as a musician are wide ranging. Experienced as a member of an ensemble, or as an accompanist working with profiled singers and musicians. Comfortable on piano or synthesizer he is a strong reader and improvisor. He has worked in many musical environments from music theatre to club gig, and is capable of arranging and writing original arrangements for any ensemble combination. Millward is a musical explorer focused on supporting the performers he works with. His playing seeks to resonate with both the intellect and the senses, the idea and the sound, the performer and the listener. He is a keyboard player with a sense of purpose who flourishes in collaborative partnerships and ensemble combinations.
