The Flannelette Band

The Flannelette Band is a six-piece band from the northern beaches of the Illawarra, singing songs about love, loss and everything in between. Led by singer-songwriter Therese Petre (‘Peach’), with Daryl, Brendan, Dan, Simon and Candice on backing vocals, the band brings together a rather lovely mix of folk, country, jazz and rock. Their songs are warm, nostalgic and full of stories about real people and places, from heartfelt ballads to tunes that might just get you dancing. With sold-out local shows and a growing following, Flannelette is taking its little slice of the South Coast to wider audiences.
