Originally from Canberra and now based in Melbourne, Luca, known as Everest, embarked on his DJ journey in 2010, inspired by a live performance by The Aston Shuffle. Quickly making his mark, Everest secured residencies at top Canberra venues like Meche, North Bar, Trinity Bar, and Mr. Wolf, and made appearances at notable events including the Spring Carnival music festival. His talent also led to multiple radio features on stations such as Raw FM, FM 104.7, and UCFM. Since relocating to Sydney and ultimately Melbourne, Everest has played at renowned venues and events including Chinese Laundry, Circus Bar, The Burdekin Hotel, New Guernica, Killing Time and Sweethearts Rooftop, as well as having multiple guest appearances on Kiss FM, Bondi Radio, and Bondi Beach Radio. His musical influences span across house and all its subgenres, disco, techno and breaks. This versatility has led to Everest has supported an impressive roster of international and Australian acts, including but not limited to: Oliver Huntemann, Amine Edge & Dance, MK, Robosonic, Nora En Pure, Bart Skils, Alberto Ruiz, Will Clarke, Kill Frenzy, Peking Duk, Loco & Jam, Marco Faraone, Rufus, Golden Features, and Motez. Everest's love of a wide variety of music empowers him with the versatility to curate the right sound for any occasion.
