Countdown Generation Adelaide based rock and pop band grown from some local lads and gal, a love for the show and the hits from an era of the most popular ABC series ever filmed on Australian TV. We have chosen a mass of Aussie hits from the show as early as the 70s right through till its end in 1987 and beyond . Future plans to expand into COUNTDOWN international thus expanding our repertoire to include number one hits of the same era from all over the world, Bringing back memories of beats and fashion from some of the most influential bands in the world at that time. A memorable night out delivered by Jeff Oldfield, a charismatic frontman who's been rocking Adelaide's music scene for years, and powerhouse vocalist Iris Montanari, known for her commanding stage presence and vocal versatility, our shows capture the energy and style of this influential era.
