Brendon Siemsen

With over 30 years of experience as a professional musician, music teacher, and guitar instructor, Brendon holds qualifications that include a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Performing Arts in Music, and an Associate Diploma of Music. He has undergone advanced training at prestigious contemporary music institutions such as Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, and Musicians Institute in Los Angeles. Additionally, Brendon has privately studied under the tutelage of distinguished jazz and fusion maestros, including but not limited to John Abercrombie, Pat Martino, Scott Henderson, Joe Diorio, Jeff Richman, and Ron Eschete. His 30 years of experience as a professional musician, include countless gigs in many different styles in many ensemble combinations. Including SELL OUT shows at Paris Cat Jazz Club Melbourne, Festival of Voices, Hobart and performances at MONA FOMA 2018-2020, Devonport Jazz Festival ’12, ‘14,’16 ‘17, Clarence Jazz Festival, 14,’15,’19 and Hobart Jazz Festival 2013 to 2023.
