Andrea Jones

One of Wax Addicts founding members, Andrea Jones brings her infectious energy to the decks every time she steps up. Weaving musical tapestries of uplifting joy, she loves nothing more than seeing a dancefloor full of smiling faces shaking off the dust and getting down. Her love of digging for vinyl means that when you see her play you know you are going to get top shelf selections from start to finish. Her style is wide and varied, dependent on the crowd and environment she is playing in, she can adapt her sound to the vibe she is performing in. As well as performing at the majority of major venues in the region over the past couple of years, over the past year she has performed at Earth Frequency, Island Vibe Festival, Kuranda Roots, Nudge Nudge Wink Wink, and supported Joey Negro. As one half of Wax Addicts she has also hosted popular local events like SMILE, Renaissance & The Funk Club.
